Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Subscriber:

  1. Subscribers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time.

  2. Cancellation will be effective immediately upon the subscriber's request.

  3. Upon cancellation, subscribers will continue to have access to the service until the end of their current billing cycle.

  4. No refunds will be provided for any remaining days in the subscriber's current billing cycle.

Cancellation by Company:

  1. The company reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time for any reason.

  2. If the company cancels a subscription, the subscriber will be notified via email and will receive a prorated refund for any time remaining in their current billing cycle.

Yearly Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Subscriber:

  1. Subscribers may cancel their yearly subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal for a full refund.

  2. After the 30-day period, subscribers can still cancel their subscription, but no refunds will be issued.

  3. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
